The Adventures of Hugo 4

Hugo was drinking heavily one night when he urinated on a statue. He got arrested and was thrown in the drunk tank. For two weeks he sit in there getting grosser by the day. Than he was sent to court where he was sent to work on a road crew picking up garbage. A man told him how he could get rich quick by teaching people how to pick there nose and anus for snacks they thought they couldn't eat twice. Hugo listened in closely. Then thee man said to escape.
